Ask yourself if what you’re thinking or feeling belongs to you. Really. All those voices of doubt, fear, and criticism – do they belong to you? All those feelings of inadequacy, panic, and overwhelm – do they belong to you? Just because you’re thinking and/or feeling them doesn’t mean they’re yours. Quite possibly they belong to one of your parents, siblings, grandparents, or any other authority figure you had in your life at a young age. Patterning happens. Unconscious patterning is what we get when we adopt and embed what we experienced as a child.
What will your day bring your way? Ask yourself. Become aware. With this newfound awareness, you can choose differently. You can release the pattern and put in it’s place something more resourceful that you can claim as your own. What will it be?
