Do what you can. Take heart. Have courage. There is always something you can do. It need not be huge. A small step in the direction you want to go is sufficient. Do what you can with where you are and what you have. Take that one step.

What will your day bring your way? It’s okay to make incremental progress. Just take that next step. Read or write that book. Listen to or record that podcast. Share someone else’s blog post or write your own and share it. Give that hug and receive it, too. Share a smile, a cuppa, or just some time and attention with someone who needs to be listened to and seen. Whatever it is… do what you can.
