When great movement happens, great rest is required. Rest actively. Rest only when you ‘know’ rest is needed. Otherwise, you use rest as an easy escape and an excuse. Listen to your body. It will tell you. Great movement requires great rest because it affects us on so many levels. Great rest is required so the body and mind can regenerate, renew, and revitalize. Once the rest is completed, get busy! Resting is part of an active equation.
What will your day bring your way? If you need rest, take it. If you’ve been resting, assess if you have had enough. Once you have rested, it’s time to support your goals and dreams and move toward them once more… with gusto!
