When your calendar is empty, even for a day, it is an opportunity for self-care. What does that mean? Most people find a day with nothing planned to be a rare event. When you do, use the time for fun and relaxation. It doesn’t need to be expensive. Daydream. Color in a coloring book. Sit in a garden. Go to your favorite cafe for a cuppa. Take a nap. Recognize what you need to laugh, be carefree, and relaxed.

What will your day bring your way? If you are able to take any part of your day for self-care, indulge. Even a few minutes will help you refresh your spirit and infuse you with energy. If you are able to take a whole day, enjoy it! You will revitalize all of you!
