The person beneath the title still matters.
I keep returning to the person beneath the polished profile—and the expectations, roles, and performances we learn to carry.
A conversation about creativity can become a conversation about belonging. A question about technology can lead us into attention, agency, or what we are gradually surrendering without noticing. I am less interested in giving people another polished answer than creating enough space for a better question to appear.
Known by some as The Great Nudger, I have a habit of asking the question beneath the question. Occasionally inconvenient. Usually useful.
