About Jean
Fieldwalker. Lovingly disruptive. Laughs at her own jokes.
This isn’t really about me. But here I am, anyway.
I’m Jean Hamilton-Fford.
I’m here for the ones who feel too much, question everything, and still show up anyway.
I write, teach, and invite people into deeper ways of leading, marketing, creating—and becoming.
This work doesn’t come from a whiteboard.
It comes from decades of being in rooms, in trenches, in fields (literal and metaphorical), helping people remember who they are under all the noise.
Skip all the other stuff. Here’s what matters:
I believe coherence is more magnetic than charisma.
I trust what moves slowly.
I think business can be holy ground—and also full of giggles.
I’ve built this work entirely online, from a field—not a funnel.
I’ve worked with creatives, coaches, C-suite visionaries, and deep-feeling humans who were never quite built for the system.
My people call me The Great Nudger.
(Yes. I will hold your hand. And then lovingly push you toward what’s real.)You can call me Jean.
This is the Work
This isn’t coaching. It’s field-building.
It’s learning how to move from truth, share with rhythm, and create without contorting.
My work lives in:
The Library (writing & books that breathe)
The Kintra Collective (for those building a new way together) COMING SOON
Beyond Irresistible (the podcast for playful, soul-led disruption)
Quiet moments between emails that feel more like mirrors than messages

Or start with one of these:

Maybe You Want the Human Details
I live surrounded by books, beauty, and warm drinks.
I laugh easily. I cry honestly. I prefer meaningful conversations to small talk, and presence over perfection.
You’ll usually find me:
Writing with a blanket across my lap and a hot mug nearby
Playing word games or solving quiet puzzles for the joy of it
Naming the things that don’t want to be named—gently, but clearly
Taking very intentional naps (sometimes the most strategic move I make all day)
I do most of this work online, from my own rhythm, with caregiving, cooking , and cleaning woven into the mix. It’s not glamorous. It’s real. And it’s enough.

Speaking
Jean Hamilton-Fford doesn’t just speak—she stirs.
Her talks land like permission slips with a pulse.
They’re crafted for the deep-feelers, the big-thinkers, and the “is this really how we’re meant to do this?” crowd.
Jean’s known for guiding audiences into brave new ways of leading, communicating, creating, and living. With 14 years of Toastmasters under her belt and experience speaking to everyone from creative entrepreneurs to UN delegates, she brings both presence and play to every room she enters—even when that room is a screen.
Whether she’s on stage, on mic, or on camera (catch her in The Irresistible Life TV show or the Beyond Irresistible podcast), Jean blends poetic disruption with practical wisdom. Expect clarity. Expect heart. Expect to laugh a little, too.
Speaking themes include:
Visionary leadership without the burnout
Soul-led business and sustainable ecosystems
Presence over performance (in life, work, and speaking)
Courageous living in a noisy world
How to say the true thing—clearly, kindly, and on purpose
Book Jean for your next online event and give your audience more than inspiration—give them resonance.
Writing
Jean Hamilton-Fford doesn’t write content. She writes field notes.
Notes for the ones building something quietly revolutionary.
Books for the ones who feel too much, lead anyway, and are craving a way to do it all without abandoning themselves.
Jean’s work lives at the intersection of soul and strategy—part poetic invocation, part practical toolset. She writes like she speaks: with clarity, care, and a touch of mischief. Her books aren’t just how-to’s. They’re how-trues.
You won’t find hype or hustle here.
What you will find:
Gentle guides for intuitive business, marketing, and sales
Rhythm-based reflections on disruption, legacy, and becoming
Courageous invitations to build from coherence, not performance
With each book, Jean invites you to return to your own knowing, write your own definitions, and create something that actually feels like you.

“What an incredible gift, a true power of kindness, generosity, compassion, wisdom, a wonderful communicator, a caring heart of the lioness and more importantly a wonderful human being. The talented Jean Hamilton-Fford, is one of the most unique people I have the pleasure of knowing.
Every conversation with Jean, not only is a gift on so many levels, but is one which makes sense, makes you feel challenged and loved at the same time. The gifts of her open communication style, which oozes sophistication, intelligence served with a wonderful dose of humour and humility are outstanding.
Jean is a true giant in the space of learning, of curiosity, of challenging you to think, or in the words of the wonderful book by the talented Morgan Scott – Peck, ‘The Road Less Travelled,’ Jean can make you really think beyond the fear, opening you to new worlds of new beginnings.
I cannot recommend working with Jean as a ‘no brainer’ as she is so multi-talented, wise, extremely knowledgeable, well connected and moreover allows making you feel alive with every engagement.
I look forward to every conversation, message and interaction with this incredible lady.”
“Jean, thank you for the incredible opportunity to be interviewed on your show.
It was an enriching experience, and I truly appreciate the platform you provided to share my insights.
Your thoughtful questions and engaging style made it feel like a meaningful conversation rather than just an interview.
I’m grateful for the chance to connect with your amazing audience and I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere you created. Thanks again for the experience—it was an honour!”
How long ago was it that we allowed ourselves the freedom to play, opening the door to wonder, inspiration, and discovery, while letting go in a space of love. Jean takes us on a journey exploring the elements of Playing, Creating, and Succeeding while sprinkling in fun activities, affirmations and quotes along the way.
Each letter of the words: Play, Create, and Succeed is a jumping off point into different illuminating areas. One of my favorites is Radical Intention. “Radical intention requires commitment to breathe, love, to service, and a willingness to examine things that confront us or that we desire to create in a completely different way.”
There is a tremendous amount of love, care, and compassion throughout this book along with playfulness, joy, and inspiration. This is a book you will refer to again and again. It will make you smile, be that friend whenever you feel lost, when you don’t know, feel discouraged, disconnected with people and things. Jean helps us get back on track, reminding us who we truly are, in a gentle way, lighting the path to see those hidden treasures that can bring us joy!
