JeanHF is not just a website or a set of offerings. It is a living body of work and a shared field of presence. These guidelines hold the conditions that allow the work, and the people drawn to it, to remain steady, clear, and respected.

This document brings together acceptable use and community guidance in one place, not as a list of rules, but as a shared understanding.

These agreements apply to:

– The JeanHF website and all published content
– Subscription-based community spaces
– Audio rooms, listening spaces, and live or recorded sessions
– Email communication, forums, and private messages

THE FIELD WE ARE ENTERING

This space asks for presence rather than performance.

You are invited to arrive as you are, with care for yourself and consideration for others. These guidelines exist to protect the integrity of the work and the people engaging with it.

PRESENCE, RESPECT, AND INTEGRITY

– Engage with courtesy, care, and emotional literacy
– Honor difference without needing consensus
– Use language that is intentional rather than reactive
– Allow pauses, silence, and reflection without pressure to respond

This is a space where steadiness matters more than speed.

MEMBERSHIP PARTICIPATION AND CHANGES

Membership within this community is relational rather than contractual in tone, even though it is supported by clear structures. You’re free to move between plans, pause, or step away when it feels right. Changes to membership (including cancellation or switching between monthly and yearly options) are handled through the account and checkout process, with access continuing through the period already paid for. The community is offered as a shared space of presence, not a bundle of entitlements, and participation is always by choice. We ask that members engage with honesty, care, and respect for the rhythms of others, and that any use of the space aligns with the spirit outlined in these guidelines.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Access to digital content, community spaces, and scheduled events is granted immediately upon purchase. For this reason, purchases are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel a membership, access will continue through the period already paid for. You’re welcome to step away at any time, and to return in the future if and when it feels right.

This approach keeps the exchange clear and allows the community and offerings to remain fair and sustainable for everyone involved.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONSENT

– What is shared within JeanHF community spaces is to remain within those spaces
– Screenshots, recordings, quotes, or reposts require explicit permission
– Ask before offering advice, interpretation, or feedback

Trust is built through restraint as much as through sharing.

BOUNDARIES, HARM, AND CONDUCT

– Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or exclusionary behavior are not permitted
– Solicitation, spam, or aggressive self-promotion are not appropriate here
– Behavior that disrupts, dominates, or disregards boundaries may lead to removal from the space

These boundaries are held to protect the field, not to punish.

LANGUAGE, CONTENT, AND CONTRIBUTION

– Speak from personal experience unless invited otherwise
– Share what feels considered, relevant, and aligned with the tone of JeanHF
– Contribution is welcome when it adds clarity or depth
– Content that extracts, overwhelms, or harms will be paused or removed

Quality of presence matters more than quantity of contribution.

USE OF MATERIALS

– All written, audio, and visual materials shared through JeanHF are protected
– Content may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or republished without written permission
– This includes both public-facing content and material shared within private spaces

TECHNICAL CONDUCT

– Do not attempt to bypass access controls or misuse platform features
– Respect the technical boundaries of the site and community tools
– Report issues, errors, or misuse through the JeanHF contact page

RHYTHM, AGENCY, AND RESPONSE-ABILITY

– Participation is voluntary and self-paced
– You may step in, step back, or return when appropriate for you
– Silence is respected
– Errors are part of human engagement; repair and re-alignment are part of staying in relationship
